Ethical Challenges When Loss Occurs

This course examines how our understanding of ethics and their application in the insurance field creates better agents, better policy writing and better control of the costs of loss. We will look specifically at "accidental" things which may or may not appear as ethical challenges. We will review real-world situations that agents, mitigation firms and insurance adjusters may grapple with.
